Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective, research-backed therapy for individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD, or overwhelming life events.


Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR helps your brain naturally reprocess traumatic memories, so they no longer feel as intense, painful, or disruptive. With EMDR we use Bi-Lateral Stimulation to activate your brain and body, which knows where they need to go to heal. I use an attachment and resilience based form of EMDR and my clients have had great results.
